Bob Sterling as been an investor in real estate for over 30 years. He leads the investment capital side of the business, working to provide solutions that leverage capital and ideas together to drive managed growth in underlying businesses. Bob believes that quality of life is dramatically improved by environments that stimulate creativity and productivity; and that real estate ventures that focus on these qualities have the greatest potential to add value and drive return on investment. Bob has held high ranking positions with a number of national real estate investment firms where he advised internal and external principals on large scale investment opportunities in the value range of $50m to $500m dollars. Early in his career he consulted with the Big 10 accounting firms. Bob received his BA in finance and his MBA from the University of Illinois. He is and has been a long standing member of the major national real estate professional groups and is active in philanthropic organizations that promote well being through built environment solutions.
Brad's focus is on adding value to real estate ventures through creating synergy in master plans at every scale, large and small. His business planning and implementation solutions use innovation and imagination to produce an optimized return on investment under multiple development-scenario conditions. Currently he is engaged in ventures ranging in size from an 800 acre mixed-use suburban project to small mixed-use and single-use urban projects. Formerly, he was a real estate executive and deal partner with Shea Properties, for over 11 years, focused on master plan development in mixed–use ventures that included: for-lease residential, for-sale residential, retail, office, and hospitality ventures. Prior to that, Brad worked in the product areas of hospitality and mixed-use. He has worked with Windsor Capital Group and Champion Real Estate Companies. He holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Professional Bachelor’s Degree from the Institute of Technology (U of M). He is an early member of the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) program, as well as a long standing member of ULI, ICSC and NAIOP.
Jeff grew up in the business working on both the commercial and residential sides of the business. Formerly, Jeff was a real estate executive for over 10 years with a major national real estate company, where his expertise was in asset management. Jeff focuses on the investment and asset management side of the portfolio. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of California.
